It is more an upgraded cooking workshop than a meal: you prepare the food yourself alongside the speakers, combining culinary kitchen technique with biochemistry. Hands-on longevity elixirs and cellular-optimization gravies, then a 4-course evolutionary dining experience with immersive interludes.
