What matters

A warm welcome starts with you

You don’t need event experience to make a difference.

A warm welcome starts with you
Bring reliability, team spirit and a warm way with people. Be ready to finish what you take on and arrive on time for your shifts. Comfortable English helps us work together in an international team. Every extra language is welcome. The crew helps before, during and after the summit: build-up on 12–13 November, the summit on 14–15 November, and teardown on Sunday evening. Tell us all the times you can help.

In good company

Meet the people behind the ideas

The summit brings together voices from longevity, biohacking and holistic wellbeing. You’ll help make their time in Amsterdam possible.

Before you apply

A few things to know

14–15 November 2026 at SugarFactory in Halfweg, Amsterdam. Volunteer shifts run from 12–15 November, including build-up and teardown.

At least two shifts of around six hours each, plus a short online briefing before the event. You can choose all the time blocks that work for you in the application.

Yes. Your volunteer place includes a two-day summit ticket, with access to talks, workshops and experiences outside your assigned shifts, plus the Saturday party.

No event experience is required for most roles. Reliability, team spirit and comfortable English matter. Team leaders should have event experience.

Volunteers are normally 18 or older. If you are younger and motivated, you can still apply and tell us about yourself; the team reviews those applications individually.

Please arrange your own travel and accommodation. The volunteer package includes a meal for every working shift and a crew T-shirt.

The team reads every application and aims to reply within about a week. Shift assignments follow in mid-October. Acceptance details and the team invitation will be sent by email.

There’s a place for you on the crew

Tell us who you are, when you’re available and where you’d enjoy helping. We read every application.
