An inner journey that combines a magic truffle microdose with gentle, guided breathwork, led together by Leigh Ewin and Hein Pijnnaken.
Controlled, rhythmical breathing meets the expanding qualities of the truffle microdose. You may experience emotional release, see colours, have profound insights, or just enjoy tingling and relaxing physical sensations.
Minimum effective dose. Each of these tools can be used at a high "dose" to create intense, overpowering experiences, which are often hard to integrate into daily life. Here each part is gentle and controlled. It is the combination of a small dose of each that makes the experience safer, gentler and profound, and easy to take into your day-to-day life.
The breathwork is simple, light and rhythmical, with no intense hyperventilation. It supports your inner journey instead of overpowering it.
Is it legal? Yes. The magic truffle is legal in the Netherlands, and it is non-toxic and non-addictive. You may take less or skip the microdose: the journey is still a beautiful experience without it.
